C'mon people show some pride in your efforts to complete the task at hand, if that is not too much to expect Got a response from someone at Bojangles, they said to go to the website and give more details, I had already went to the site and gave all the details as well as contact information that was requested, body has contacted me. This is the very reason food chains are going belly up one after another, they don't care!!

Food’s generally good, but service is very iffy. There have been multiple times where I make a curbside pickup order and they put my order in the in-restaurant pickup area even though the receipt will show that it is a pickup order. Simple things like that that go completely unnoticed is not a ringing endorsement of the workers.

We’ve been coming to this location on-and-off since they opened. They seem consistently understaffed and the employees that are there are consistently distracted. Today, we had to wait for an employee to pause a personal phone call before he would take my order and he promptly returned to said phone call as soon as the order was finished. The portion sizes are typically minuscule and the chicken always tastes hours old and the tenders are the size of my middle finger. Take the extra time to go to the Clemson location over this one. Even being close, this garbage isn’t worth it.
Looking for lunch before the big celebration turkey day meal and Bojangles was open. We decided to head inside for our take out order. Apparently others had the same idea for Bojangles for lunch as there was a line in the drive thru.
Restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly. We received our order quickly and headed back home.
I had a 3-piece Supreme combo with Mac-n-cheese. Chicken was crispy, tasty and excellent. We also had a 5-piece Supreme combo with fries and a Bo Chicken Sandwich. Appreciate that the sandwich was delivered with no mayo and pickles as requested. Should have tried the cookies!
Overall, great meal with excellent service.

Waited on a online order for over 40 minutes on 11/24/24. This is the day after a Clemson game. They had only 4 people in there working, had close to 20 other people in the store waiting on a call in order. The manager or assistant manager could not keep organized. She was trying to get to get people in there.

Ordered ahead for game day pick up this morning. Was assured by guy taking my order that they would have plenty of people working this morning and my order would be ready. Not the case, waited way over 30 minutes, dining area full of others waiting. No one taking orders or acknowledging individuals who had called ahead. Complete disaster and totally mismanaged and unprepared! Will never order from here again.
