We’ve been coming to this location on-and-off since they opened. They seem consistently understaffed and the employees that are there are consistently distracted. Today, we had to wait for an employee to pause a personal phone call before he would take my order and he promptly returned to said phone call as soon as the order was finished. The portion sizes are typically minuscule and the chicken always tastes hours old and the tenders are the size of my middle finger. Take the extra time to go to the Clemson location over this one. Even being close, this garbage isn’t worth it.

Looking for lunch before the big celebration turkey day meal and Bojangles was open. We decided to head inside for our take out order. Apparently others had the same idea for Bojangles for lunch as there was a line in the drive thru.
Restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly. We received our order quickly and headed back home.
I had a 3-piece Supreme combo with Mac-n-cheese. Chicken was crispy, tasty and excellent. We also had a 5-piece Supreme combo with fries and a Bo Chicken Sandwich. Appreciate that the sandwich was delivered with no mayo and pickles as requested. Should have tried the cookies!
Overall, great meal with excellent service.
Parking: Parking around restaurant. Easy to get in and out. Drive-thru available
Kid-friendliness: Great place to get meals for kids. Kids menu available
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Easy access. Did not check out restrooms
Waited on a online order for over 40 minutes on 11/24/24. This is the day after a Clemson game. They had only 4 people in there working, had close to 20 other people in the store waiting on a call in order. The manager or assistant manager could not keep organized. She was trying to get to get people in there.

Ordered ahead for game day pick up this morning. Was assured by guy taking my order that they would have plenty of people working this morning and my order would be ready. Not the case, waited way over 30 minutes, dining area full of others waiting. No one taking orders or acknowledging individuals who had called ahead. Complete disaster and totally mismanaged and unprepared! Will never order from here again.

This is the worst place to dine-in that I’ve been to in my life. Every single time there are friends or family of the employees or the employees themselves taking over the dining room. I am in my car finishing my meal because I couldn’t stand to sit in there any longer listening to a girl with a small child & an employee absolutely *SCREAMING* back & forth to each other & at the kid. I’ve had several friends have horrible experiences here & reach out to corporate with no response so idk why I’m wasting my lunch break even writing this, but I’m just so fed up. This place is a joke & has been for a long time.

Apparently this location has a roach infestation that I learned about the hard way today! I normally stop here now and then to get breakfast on my way to work and I have never had an issue before until today. The staff is always so nice, I don’t think this was intentional but more an act of negligence and failure to notice. As someone who also works in food service: How do you not notice a dead roach stuck to the inside of a cup before putting someone’s soda in it and serving it to them? Anyways I won’t be coming back, currently puking up my guts in disgust. Call an exterminator, this is a concerning health hazard!

I really appreciate that this location got our order correct. We had 7 people that we ordered through the drive thru, and all the orders were correct. I feel like that is rare these days. The biscuits were hot and buttery and fresh hash rounds. Thus is our go-to stop on our way to the lake each year on our family vacation.
