went in to get a Frisco combo, the potatoes were so overcooked I had to throw them out. there was no direction in the store, bo one was being guided by the mgr. the girl that took my order acted like it was a chore. she chose to work there. she never said anything, just looked at me to give her my order, then she just handed me my change and never said anything or even given me a receipt. just chaos in the place
Better customer service. The person who attended the window could not have been less friendly or welcoming - yet, there were no other cars in the drive-thru. I felt completely unappreciated and like I was wasting her time. Plus, throw a piece of lettuce on a burger - mine was dry, tasteless and had NO LETTUCE at all! Not like the picture in the drive-thru!
