My girlfriend and I tried hogs and hopes yesterday and we were very happy with our experience! The food was amazing, it was very fresh and full of flavor. They have a very good variety of food, we had the platter and the portion sizes were just enough to make you full, but not too full. The lady's that run the show up front are fantastic. I moved here from Florida 2 months ago and every time I go I feel southern hospitality. The food is fantastic! Tonight, I felt a strong buzz and felt like a small Mac & cheese. Not that anything should be free but the nice lady gave me the small Mac & cheese for free as she recognized me as one of her regular customers. Trust me, it wasn't about free.
