“My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. As we entered there were a group of 4 men to our left and a couple in the corner and now us. The lady behind the counter greeted us and brought us our drinks. Since this was our first time it took us a few minutes to decide. She was pleasant enough until she wasn’t. Mind you she was by herself and serving 4 now since the group of 4 men had left. She never came back to fill our drinks until I asked her and for that she seemed bothered by the request. She seemed bothered by any request and the reason I didn’t ask for more water. At one point I was going to get the pitcher of water myself until I thought otherwise. She may have been having a bad day. The only reason I bring it up is because the food was fantastic and the rating would have been a straight 5 across except for the waitress aka lady behind the counter who just didn’t make us feel quite welcome.“

“We ate here this past Friday and we can't wait to go back! This is a very good restaurant, with great southern and seafood cooking. The bartender, I think his name was Sam was beyond exceptional! He filled us in on the vast menu and gave us a few recommendations that were on par! He made us feel like we were at home and was very attentive to our needs. Normally, when we go out to eat we have to tell our server/bartender what we need. With Sam, he was just on top of things and was on point! We will be back and back again. Thanks SoCo for coming to York County.“

“Went in today during lunch and they were very busy. Only two guys working, and I mean working. The wait really wasn’t that bad considering their situation of only two employees. Kudos to the two who showed up to serve us!! Great job guys!!“
