Food and service were fantastic! We had jerk chicken platter and oxtail platter. Divine! You can tell everything is cooked with such love. Restaurant was clean and inviting as well. We will absolutely be back!

This place is a gem! Everything looks newly built or remodeled, inside and out. My wife and I are foodies, we're always looking for great flavors.

Caribbean Fusion did not disappoint! Fall-off-the-bone jerk chicken and oxtail, seasoned perfectly. Cabbage, beans & rice... Unreal!

Worth a try if you're anywhere in the area, just a short trip from Southside Park, less than 5 minutes from 385.

As a Caribbean, I approve this restaurant. The food is really good, and tastes authentic. The atmosphere is clean, and very welcoming. It definitely gives Caribbean vibes. The service was also good.

I would definitely recommend coming here to indulge in the experience.

Friendly atmosphere. Authentic Jamaican dishes with authentic flavors.. 😋 👌 The store wasn't open when we visited. The in-house home-made fresh juice Pineapple & Ginger was delicious. The Mac & cheese is homemade and delicious.

The food was very flavorful and savory. The chicken curry was falling off the bone and the oxtail was delicious. Great dining atmosphere, it felt like we had stepped off a cruise ship into the carribean, complete with umbrella straws for our juice drinks.

Very nice atmosphere when you walk inside. We were greeted by the gentleman at the counter. He directed us to the menu. We chose an oxtail plate and some pholourie (that was being cooked fresh). He allowed us to sample the two juices. We went with the pineapple ginger. When we got home, everything smelled good. The oxtail had a very nice texture. The rice and peas was a tadbit on the salty side. There is only one other Caribbean place that has very good cabbage. I'm ranking this one number two against that one. The cabbage here is very nice! The plantains were decent. I'm visiting from Atlanta and used to more portions, but for the most part everything was decent. The only downside was the sauces for the pholourie. My husband is from trinidad and tamarind sauce is bomb there. Neither the tamarind or mango sauce had a sweetness to them. That was my biggest disappointment. But I think I would visit again. Maybe as a dine-in though.

10/10 banger. Food was delicious and came out quick. Was offered samples of house punch and pineapple ginger juice upon being sat. Both were great but I went with the pineapple ginger. This place slaps no cap!
