“Their Playplace is nice and spacious. My kid enjoys playing and eating in this area. It is a nice McDonald's. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because sometimes their customer service lacks. Sometimes I get someone really nice and polite and sometimes I get someone who doesn't even greet me properly at the drive thru. Also, its not always busy inside and the tables are always sticky and food residue. That downtime should be used to clean up and wipe down tables and chairs.“
“I ordered a frappe and hashbrown, it was made with patience. No ice chunks and no dripping off the sides. The young lady at the 2nd window, with locs. Always be so pleasant and smiling. Her energy is definitely needed throughout. Keep it up!!“
“J'Kai was so patient, kind, and well-mannered over the Drive-Thru speaker as we needed a moment, and then had a couple questions about the app. I have been VERY disenfranchised with my last 4 visits to other McDonald's locations, Including the lack of management'a concern when issues brought up - so that I basically vowed to never do another McD's visit again.....
BUT then my wife pulled in bc of few options left at 9.30pm. and This young man AND Adalias (sp?) will make me visit this location again.
I own 3 restaurants, and these 2 young workers are exceptional and deserve to be credited. I would hire them in my restaurants any time!
just a note that our fries were not warm at all when we drive off, but these two employees service more than made up for it and I will still return because of that and still need to give this restaurant a 5-star for that alone“
