“The food was very good. The building has a really nice layout. The staff was fine. But unfortunately there was loud christian music blasting and that made the experience less than great. Whatever you believe is your business, but please don't push it on me when I'm just trying to have a meal, ya know? I just wanted food, not a church service. Haha“

“Well I would absolutely go back to this tropical grille.. because we were hesitant about what we were going to order…. & Quenzel( Denzel) I pray I didn’t mess his name up to much he was pleasantly getting us thru the drive through with such patience &everything we ordered He was Awesome!!!!! I was thankful for his long arms so I didn’t have to stretch too much:-)))He absolutely went above & beyond with us a car full of undecided ladies..we pulled up & a few minutes later we were on our way he sang us off with a thank you, excellent asset to the Tropical Grille Woodruff Rd Greenville!“

“My wife and I ate here for the first time today and our food was THE BEST meal we have eaten in all the years I have been coming to Spartanburg & Greenville. The FrenchFries were the best I've ever had, and the Ham Croquettes were delicious as well. The smash burger and Tropical Chicken sandwich was delicious too. It is not very often that you go to a restaurant and everything is cooked to perfection. I couldn't have asked for a better meal at any price!!!“

“This place is amazing! We drive 40 minutes just to get the boba refresher drinks! The service is great! All of the girls there are very smiley and always have an amazing attitude! We hands down love this place and will never stop driving the whole way for the drinks!😂❤️ The dogs are sooo good too ! I love the all cheese, fried potato corn dog! Most definitely give this place a try if you’re ever in Greenville at the mall!“

“I normally do my own meal prep but this weekend due to traveling, I decided to order 4lbs of unseasoned chicken breast from Tropical Grille in Simpsonville, SC. Ciera's customer service was excellent, and Arturo cooked my chicken to perfection. After calling the restaurant to give my verbal review, I decided to do a written one as well. I was saddened to hear today was Ciera's last day. She's taken my order a few times in the past and has always been awesome.“
