Absolutely the WORST Arby's experience I have ever had! I have worked customer service for years and have a lot of patience (and empathy) for [especially] restaurant employees. Before we even went in I told my 10 yr old son that not all Arby's like the one at home will dip his tenders in the hot sauce so if they don't he can just get the slider or sandwich that has the tenders dipped.
