Stopped by to grab a Spicy Chopped Brisket Mac-n-Cheese bowl. I remember getting handed the food thinking, "This is 2 meals for sure", but then could not stop eating it. The brisket was smoky and delicious. The mac and cheese was so thick and creamy it was the spackle my body needed to hold the day together. Overall experience from arriving at the food truck to finishing my plate was extraordinary. Cam keep doing big things, I'll keep buying the BBQ!

Just tried out Beasley’s BBQ today and it was awesome. I got the three-meat plate with brisket, ribs, and pulled pork, plus mac & cheese and corn pudding…and everything was seriously on point. You can tell it’s all made with care, not the usual prepackaged stuff you get at chain spots. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and legit.

The guy running it is super down to earth, heart and soul. The overall experience from arriving at the food truck to finishing the plate is extraordinary. It is a real-deal barbecue in Spartanburg, support local and eat good.
