Bojangles food is good! I can't deny that, but they will put a price on chicken that is out of this country! Man it is high priced!

The most disappointing experience I have had was at this establishment. The service was extremely poor. They served me a cold biscuit with a piece of cold cheese on it. The manager was also rude. I strongly advise against patronizing this business.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 pork chop biscuits. Get to the window and the lady says it will be a few minutes pull to the white line this was at 3:59 pm at 4:45 pm I walk inside and asked what was the deal with my pork chop biscuits. She says there cooking it will be 8 minutes. I go back to my car it's 5:01 pm no biscuits. $11 spent a hour wasted. Never again will I order from Bojangles.

This location seriously needs to focus on customer service and customer wait times. The management at this location needs to step up their game. This location is convenient for me but I will be going to another location for future Bojangle meals unfortunately.

Bait & switch advertising. A big digital sign outside says family meal 8pc is one price at 19.99 but employees refuse to honor that price and charged me 28.99. Fix the advertisement sign or fix your employees who dont know how to change the price.

If you value your time, it’s better not to come here. The employees are doing everything except their actual job. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, even though there were only 2 customers in the store and at least 5 staff members, maybe more.
