The cake was $75 which is crazy but I paid for it anyway to give a try! Well I wish I hadn’t! It was extremely dry and definitely not worth the money. You can buy one in the Walmart freezer section that will you put you on cloud 9 because this one definitely didn’t!

Absolutely blow away by the gluten free Carmel cake sold by the slice. The gluten free coconut cake was also very tasty. Great texture and taste. Extremely affordable. Great atmosphere and extremely clean. Friendly staff. The bathrooms were clean and they had an amazing hallway full of cool books that made this baker’s heart happy. Highly recommend for the gluten free girlie in your life. My husband also loved the icecream.

We ordered a Black Forest cake for my spouse's birthday/Mother's Day and absolutely delicious is such an understatement! Almost too beautiful to eat! We also grabbed a cupcake and some cake bites while we were there. Everything was so incredible! Cupcake didn't make it out of the parking lot! We will certainly be repeat customers.

I do not say that to brag, I just see alot of people on here acting like they are really cake experts and being very critical of Mrs. Caroline and I’d really like to know what your credentials are. Well let me tell ya’ll, I got the caramel cake shipped to me frozen for my birthday (I thawed for 24 hours in the fridge) and it was the real deal. It was extremely good and if you’re out here eating it and having a bad time that says more about you than it does about the cake. Thank yall at Caroline’s Cakes for taking the time to make a delicious southern classic, God bless

Today was spent having tea, viewing the so cute inviting business. Listened to the life history of Caroline's Cakes. Cake slices were purchased. Caramel 7 layer was outstanding . Please don't hesitate to visit the business. Staff was wonderful. You will not be disappointed.

Went in looking for a simple birthday cake. Thinking something chocolate or maybe caramel. I am looking through at the per slice arrangements to so many wonderful choices. I grab the chocolate and caramel cake, so I could try both flavors in on slice, and my eyes glance over to an interesting flavor, orange-cranberry. I grab that slice too to ease my curiosity. Sat and tried my slices. Started with the chocolate/Carmel. Great flavor, not too sweet, and cake had a wonderful texture. The chocolate outer layer didn't have the greasy mouth-feel of commercial icing. Great cake. I then tried the orenge-cran.... mind blowingly good. Wonderful jammy cranberries, reminiscent of a black forest cake, wonderful orange icing. I immediately get a whole cake. I am met with the most wonderful service and sweet people while I rave about what they made. You absolutely need to get a cake from here.
