Chipotle Mexican Grill in Spartanburg

“Walked in with my boyfriend to order And there was only enough steak for one order and there was no chicken left. I could see the girl was full of chicken and I could tell that it was almost done, So I was OK with waiting I understand and I don’t mind waiting for fresh food. My boyfriend got the last order of Carne and I waited on the chicken well while he ate, I had some chips and queso and waited probably about 15 Minutes enough time for what I thought it would take for the Chicken to finish and steak to be almost ready because I wanted to do chicken and steak. By the time I got in line, there was already about five people ahead of me And while I’m standing there, I see the cook cutting up The Carne getting ready to put in a pan and bring it to the line. Once the Employee behind the counter figured out when I wanted, he told Carne would be a while. When I explained to him that I Thought I saw her cutting up the steak, And how much longer would it be because I could wait a few more minutes to let her cut it up and label and whatnot. But when I asked if it was ready or how much longer it would be, she stopped, cutting the meat and looked up at me with the ugliest meanest glare/stare ever and she just stared at me for a solid three seconds to which To which I apologized, just got the chicken and left. Everyone else was friendly, But for some reason that girl Cook had an attitude, she was even snapping at her teenage coworker.“

“They didn't have ice in the machine...so I ask the girl behind the counter and she said they ain't got any ice...I said well I just paided $8.00 for 2 drinks ..Let me have a refund on my drinks then and she turned and looked at a guy and said get him some ice from the back...another thing 2 bowls of food 1 month ago was 27.50..And today is Jan 15,2026 the same 2 bowls was 39.98“
