Great customer service! I love so many of there options. Today, I got the Power Up smoothie. Swapped the whey protein for the plant-based chocolate protein powder. Loved it. They also have the best açaí bowl in Spartanburg!

I stopped by Cocobowlz in Spartanburg and tried one of their smoothies. The flavor was excellent—fresh, smooth, and really well-balanced. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and it definitely hit the spot.
The staff was also very welcoming and made the experience enjoyable from the moment I walked in.
That said, I was a bit surprised by the price. $10 for a 16oz smoothie felt a little high, even for a specialty shop. Still, if you're looking for something healthy and tasty, it's worth a try.

Love this place downnn. The ingredients are so fresh and the vibes are so lovely. The people are even more lovelier. Kayla, I believe that is her name, has a gorgeous disposition to her. She allowed me and my boyfriend to try out the mixes and engaged us in delightful conversations. I would go back just for the interaction (and a yummy bowl of course!) thank you, Kayla at CocoBowlz!

You guys are messing up the Cocobowlz franchise by trying to save a dollar. I personally will not be going back to cocobowlz of Spartanburg. The fruit that you guys use is too ripe, it ruins the experience. There is a huge difference when you have fruit that is fresh versus fruit that is too ripe, this is just some constructive criticism. All the other Coco bowls that I’ve been to, their fruit is nice and soft and fresh. It may cost you more, but in the long run, you will profit.

There was not enough staff currently working for the amount of customers that were already there with more coming in. It wasn’t the young lady’s fault because she had no help. They need to possible have more employees working to accommodate the business. For this reason, we would not return.
