The service was snail pace slow. A party of 4 left after waiting sooooo long!

Waitresses, management, and the environment was 10/10. Food was amazing!!! Waitress Janice was excellent, and Caitlyn the manager shows care and compassion for her customers and staff! My drinks were never empty, my food came out fast and there was no issues with my orders! Very friendly environment and seriously recommend this location! Couldn’t see myself eating at any other location! Thank you management and staff for a wonderful experience and great food!

our sever Janice was just the sweetest and hardworking employee I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. The manager, Caitlin, was very attentive as well and very kind. She even pulled up and seat and had a chat with us. I recommend going here every chance you get!

Janaka was a pleasure. Attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu and really knows how to relate to her customers.
We’re from Vermont and my mom lives here and comes here a lot and for her to say she was the best waitress she’s had here in the last 20 yrs…says a lot!!

Crystal needs to redo the CB class. She was the worst. She gave the worst service. Didn't bring us all of our food. Didn't refill my coffee. Then when she was bringing our check after not checking on us once. I asked for the biscuits we never got ,box and check. She didn't put them on the table. She put the box 2 inches from my nose. I looked at my husband and took the box. Then she did it with the check. 2 inches from my nose. That's confrontational. I'm still fired up.
I shouldn't feel like I want to headlock someone when I get home from lunch.
Food was good as always.

Our server was sweet, efficient, refilled coffee's, got what we needed! She was great! Food was great!

It has been a few years since we stopped at Cracker Barrel due to the declining quality of food at our local CB near Memphis. We decided to stop at CB in Spartanburg last evening and were pleasantly surprised by the food quality. Everything was cooked to perfection! Our server, Tatiana, could teach a class on how to treat restaurant guests. She was kind, attentive and knew the menu. Even employees at the cash register and gift store were very helpful. Now that we live in South Carolina, will definitely be going back to this location.

Love this place, I miss the old menu but good is still great. Don't change a thing! The newer version of the stores that they are bringing out is just horrible.

Arrived for dinner @ 7.40pm. Sat down immediately. We received our drinks and biscuits quickly but no silverware or napkins. Asked for them and got them 20 minutes later after having to ask again. We ordered our food when we got our drinks. Our food did not come until 8.55pm. May daughter ordered a salad only and didn’t get it until 10 minutes after the rest of us had our food. There may have been 10 other tables of people in the entire restaurant. Our waitress never came back and I had to go stand at the entrance to the kitchen to request our check. The restaurant closed at 9pm but there were still families that had not received their food and had arrived shortly after we did. Not one staff member including the manager ever offered an explanation or apology as to why we had to wait so long. I will never visit this Cracker Barrel again. I would give them 0 stars if it was an option. The cashier asked how everything was, I didn’t not say anything just shrugged my shoulders and she said ‘Oh that bad? I’ve heard that all night, I should stop asking.’ Seriously!!

I love Cracker Barrel! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I also love to shop in the store after dining. One of my favorite go to places!

Alisha was amazing! Great service, even if we were a party of 14 coming in an hour before close, she was positive and upbeat. Great service!
