Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It takes a lot to meet my expectations and standards when it comes to dining out,
Why because, now a days most people are not enthusiastic about going to work. Our sever today Jenifer, she to me.is the meaning behind having great customer service, having that connection with her customers, and most of all very attentive to making sure you enjoy your meal. I say if you dine in at this location, do ask the young lady Jenifer. You will sure to enjoy your meal and feel welcome as if you are in the comfort of your own home.

Bathroom was filthy.really bad.yet had a sign slippery floor? Went in the stall there was feces on side of toilette! This is true and dissapointing.

Longest Wait I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Avoid this location if possible.

Don’t get to go orders. Half our stuff was missing from our order only realized once we got home. Kinda dissapointed

Good place to go for meals plenty of food. The food was tasteful, service excellent, coffee too weak. See the bottom of cup. Coffee should be a little darker, not look like tea. Sometimes the .music was overbearing.

They told us 15 to 20 minutes to be seated after 45 minutes we asked about a table they seated us about 5 minutes later they were probably 15 tables open they said they were short on staff that was ok but it took about 10 minutes to have the waitress to show up. I ordered meatloaf and 2 vegetables they came back about 5 minutes later said they were out of meatloaf so I got chicken strips I ordered some onions to go with my beans she came back with just a little bit of onion in a little sauce cup said the were out of onion not sure they had a manager there but the had a problem with more than our meal the waitress was real nice but she was having trouble with more than us I hope they can get some help in the kitchen to make things better

Saw our server twice when we sat down and when we got our check
Other servers brought our food and filled our drinks up My wife’s chicken was cold
Didn’t bring our biscuits till we had to ask for them
Overall terrible experience.
We just drive the 10 extra minutes and go to Duncan next time

I ordered curbside. I waited a long time for my food to come out. I only ordered sides and a take home. Should have been out quickly. When I brought the food home it was cold. It also did not taste very good. I've had better from other cracker barrel locations. I will not be coming back.

Order was not correct. Ordered apple strudel pie. At pick up said they were out. Got the pecan pie. Ordered 3 extra mashed potatoes. They said I ordered them to be picked up yesterday. Don't know how that happened when I ordered everything to pick up today. They corrected this. Asked for extra cup of gravy. Said they were out an put cup of au jus sauce. Even with issues feel they did their best with what they had.

Our food was cold ! The tea was terrible! The waiter offered to replace but we didn’t have time. The table next to us was 6 people , theirs was cold too. The manager was a joke , offered us free dessert. Then told us it just came out of oven. Couldn’t cut it for 2 hours. The store doesn’t have any of the merchandise like it used too. We know several people that won’t go there. We will NEVER go back. You need to close that location.

Hands down the best cracked barrel we have ever been to. Our server was David and he was just the best. 10/10 food and service!

The server acted like she didn't know what she was doing with my country boy breakfast and I think she put something in my merry berry tea it wasn't a good visit i want visit that location ever again ps have a blessed day
