Delicious Pastelería saved the day, being one of the few restaurants opened in Spartanburg’s West Side after Friday’s storm. They also sell tres leches cakes for parties. The horchata was amazing, blended well. Enchiladas verdes and the chips y salsa are k rico! The beans were good as well as the salsa and fresh chips. They took home some tiramisu and it was delicious. The service was perfect.
