Nothing better then waiting an hour and 20 minutes to get my nachos, that’s all we ordered was nachos and a few tacos and by the time it gets to us of course you’re full on chips. Waste of money, waste of time. Waitress was nice but kept stating the kitchen was getting tickets mixed up must explain why everyone who sat down around us got their food first.

I went here for my 21st bday party, and although we had a fun time, we left the night with an extremely poor opinion of the management. My friend was wrongfully charged for a margarita that she did not ever recieve. When we told the waitress that she never recieved this drink and was still charged, she became defensive and told us that my friend drank three margaritas, even though we could clearly see that there were only two glasses in front of her. She offered to bring the manager, so we agreed, and the manager was even more rude, telling us that maybe we were just “too drunk to remember,” despite multiple people in our party being sober. She then told us that we could watch the footage on the security cameras and see that she did have three, and we waited 15 minutes and she never showed us the footage and charges my friend anyways. Although I have liked this restaurant, I do not think I will returning after the poor treatment we recieved.

If you were to ask me what my favorite food is… I would immediately say Mexican!!I had heard good things about this restaurant, so I finally went a couple nights ago with my son.Initially everything was fine.Another server brought us our order and I asked for more salsa… never got that… and just let it go. We never got a refill of the chips either… which is pretty much standard in ALL Mexican restaurants, right?!Our waitress did not stop by to ask if wehad everything or check on us until wehad pretty much finished our meal.The portions were good.The food was very bland and the service was as well… nothing exceptional.I’ve definitely had better…Try Willy Taco… it is not traditional Mexican, but the food is GREAT!Unfortunately, El Paso was pretty disappointing for all of the recommendations I received about it.

I frequently visit this establishment for my midday meal during the workweek and consistently find the quality of both the food and service to be satisfactory. The staff consistently demonstrates a friendly demeanor, and the food is always delivered with impeccable timing. Furthermore, the establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness. Seated and served complimentary chips with bean dip and salsa very quickly. The bean dip and salsa were very good. There's lots of seating for everyone even at the bar. Nice variety in drink menu. Top shelf drinks available. The food was pretty decent.Parking: The parking can be confusing since it's shared with an apartment building and other business. Street parking is a little ways from the front door.Kid-friendliness: There were booster seats available

Been here several times and they have the same great quality of food every time. Smiles start with the hosts and continue on to the rest of the staff. Great family atmosphere! Can be a little loud but the patio seating offers a bit more privacy if you’re meeting for a first date or business meeting. Love it!
