Came in last night.... Most food was great... Alfredo was the bummer... BUT... Without us even complaining, management asked how it was... We did inform him it was cold and he was AMAZING!!! Removed the Alfredo and sent out FREE ribs!! Amazing Customer service! Thanks for raising the bar!

I really hate to leave a bad review, especially as we have had several good experiences at other Fatz Cafe locations. The welcome was warm, but the problems started at the table, where one waitress was training another one. The one doing the training had clearly not been trained properly herself. We are a family of five, and we took a while to order. The service started out okay, but then after we ordered the food we were completely abandoned for about 45 minute. No offer of more...

Inspire of some of the more negative reviews, we had a mostly pleasant experience. I say mostly pleasant because there was a loud baby a couple tables down(not the restaurants fault) & the ribs my wife ordered were slightly on the dry side. Other than those 2 things - our experience was great. The waitress was super sweet to us & kept our drinks full & the soft bread coming. At the end of our meal i asked to see the manager in order to thank him for hiring our waitress....
