Great American Cookies

I placed an order for a cookie cake through the Great American Cookies website on Monday, May 19th to be picked up on Thursday, May 22nd for my father‘s birthday. I spent over $100 on this cake and paid extra for a custom design and I was called day of the pickup to be told that the design that I paid for could not be done. She explained to me that she was new and that she was training and she would try her best. She helped me pick out a different design that she said that she could potentially do and when I went to pick up the cake The writing did not look good and the design was not how I wanted it. When I expressed that to her and asked if I could be compensated with a refund or some form of credit towards the store, I was told no and frankly she was kinda rude. I was disappointed and unbelievably upset. I paid a lot of money and expected a professionally done cake, If I knew it would’ve turned out like this I would’ve told her to just leave it plain

Order double doozie cookies and they sent me 6 plain cookies with no icing for $28 yeah right! My order was CLEAR... I had to be refunded from DoorDash and had to wait over an hour and half to get the correct order.. I will not be ordering from this place again, they are incompetent and lazy, if they would’ve read the order they would’ve known exactly what should have been delivered, guess they can’t read either!! There’s much better places to get cookies from! So if I was you I would not order from this place, unless you’re standing in front of them making sure you are getting the correct item!

They are amazing!!!! They made a cake that no one in my area would make. Beautiful design!!!! Super sweet people in the store as well. Great job keep up the amazing work.

Says they are open till 8:00. Called at 7:27 and no answer. Arrived at 7:45 and they were completely closed.

The lady that works there with the dark black hair and glasses that works the day shift is awful. She's the rudest and most uncaring person to have for such an amazing people person job. Love the products. Hate the experience.. went twice in 2 weeks to see if it changed. It did not.

I'm extremely disappointed. Bad service? No. I got NO service! Customer service is definitely lacking! Edit: says they close at 8. It's 751 myself and others trying to purchase cookies and the cashier refused service.

Do NOT eat here. I got a sugar cookie from there yesterday and threw up all night because of it, pretty sure I got food poisoning.
