“This location is clearly understaffed. When we came in, it was not busy at all, but at least 4 tables stacked with dirty dishes which started there for almost the whole time we stayed. The waitress we had was very nice and accommodating, but every waitress we saw went outside in between to smoke instead of cleaning upon first, then served the food without washing hands afterwards. When finally cleaning up, they had full blown conversations with each other over multiple tables....disturbing.
The floors were sticky and not ecru table was restocked with essentials.“
“Loved the atmosphere in iHOP this morning. Was greeted immediately upon arrival by Brandon, who then was the BEST waiter throughout our entire meal. Definitely will be back to this location. Thank you Brandon for making our experience amazing, we will be back and will be looking for you!“
