Chicken were a hit, they were good. Fish could've used a bit more seasoning but other than that, it was good as well. Our server was friendly and very attentive. It's a small family friendly environment. Not a big crowd. I would definitely go back.

Took family out and the staff was unfriendly..when the bill came there was a mistake we asked for them to fix it. They said they would have manager fix it took 15 minutes and when he came back told.us it was the new bill. It was the exact bill folded the same way as I had it folded

The restaurant decor is very cute but I was disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered coconut shrimp and when it came out it was a pile of battered fried shrimp with a sweet sauce on top of a bed of shredded lettuce, not shrimp with coconut flakes on it and fried. In addition none of their shrimp is deveined except for the shrimp that comes in the boil. I really think that’s a common standard for good seafood. I tried the shrimp and it tasted like dirt, which put me off from the seafood so I ordered the fried chicken strip house salad. The chicken was not bad other than having some gristle, and I was happy with the quality of the salad, but the lettuce was not fresh. Not a huge deal. I probably won’t come back though. The place was relatively clean, staff was nice, my husband got a catfish Po Boy and he said it was pretty good. Our total was about $30.

Me and my husbands first visit here. I was really surprised at how nice it was when we walked in and got super excited this was the hidden gem of Spartanburg. They sat us quickly, and server immediately arrive to take our drink orders. My husband ordered the combo plate, and I did 1/2 lbs crablegs. First, my husband's food arrived 15 minutes before mine. He said that his food had a funny taste. However, when the crablegs arrived, I was highly disappointed. First it was in some kind of STRONG smelling garlic butter (i just wanted drawn butter) that had the same strong taste. Then, as I opened all of my legs, there was barely any meat inside! I have never seen anything like it before in my life! First time I've left a restaurant still hungry after eating my meal. Unfortunately, it was not the diamond in the rough, and we will not be going back.

Excellent customer service. My server took very good care of me. The prices are very reasonable. Will go back soon.

Seeing a 4star rating we were reluctant to try to... But I'm Glad we did. It was awesome. Whoever gave them must have been a pissy Democrat. We highly recommend Joy crab and will be back!

For the premium you pay for a meal the serving portions are ridiculously small. One tiny potato about 2" round and one small corn on the cob 3". If you order scallops you will leave hungry because there is such a tiny amount of them that you have to eat from plates of other people in your party just to fill up. Stop being so stingy with serving portions! I Will not be coming back.

Food was really good. I got the combination baby shrimp and fried catfish. It came with fries, coleslaw and hush puppies. I was sure to get it salt and peppered and it was good. My friend got a half pound of snow crab legs with corn and she said it was excellent. She got the garlic butter flavor I think. We went for lunch which is served until 3:00. Really nice size portions for the price.

Usually fast, great service but today was totally disappointed. waited almost 30 minutes no food not even slaw brought out. nothing coming out of kitchen at all. paid for our drinks and left. probably won't be back.

Delicious crab, sausage, potatoes and corn! Yummy fried baby shrimp. Attentive service and reasonable prices for fresh seafood! 🦞 💯 on our list to return!
