Stopped to get my G. Daughter a 3 piece meal with all chicken legs. Was told at the drive through that I could mot have 3 legs. Only 1 and 2 thighs. I would have thought the legs would cost less but still, if I am willing to pay, why not. Grew up in this neighborhood, eating the KFC for 35 years. Last 2 times the service level and rudeness is obvious. Good bye KFC. Went couple doors up and visited Zaxby’s. Read through the other reviews and it is also obvious they dont care about reviews because they dont even respond.

The manager Ronnie always makes you feel welcome, as well as Kip.The team work is phenomenal Helps you thru your order and makes you feel at home. This is the only KFC we go to, and we frequent it. Every time I come the staff is rude. I came in today and the cashier loudly explained that she did not want us there and asked someone to lock the door. She said they had opened but she had not "gotten anything together".

I visited this location yesterday evening and bought the 4pc meal for $10 crispy. No biscuits and I had unidentified pieces of chicken. I think two thighs that was no really crispy. The skin was really thick and doughy. The only thing in box that was right was the fries. Experience was absolutely horrible. I love KFC SO IM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION.

I mostly got what I expected, except this time, my chicken breast was tough and stringy, and the macaroni was not good at all. Noodles way too mushy. It's been a while since I've got the macaroni, so maybe it's changed. The biscuit and mashed potatoes and gravy were great. The chicken also tasted good but dry and stringy ruins the experience. I will say the lady who waited on me was very nice, and that goes a long way.
