Had the avocado toast and the coconut cloud cold brew. Both were delicious. Decided I wanted something sweet. Got the sea salt chocolate chip cookie. Everyone thing was so good. The cafe itself was very clean and cute as can be. The employees were very helpful as I hadn't been in before and very nice. Would definitely make this my local coffee/cafe spot if it weren't so far from home.

Had a great experience recently here! Lovely ambiance, friendly staff, delicious drinks (and a fun theme going on while I was there!), good vibes all around! It was my first coffee shop experience in Spartanburg and I will definitely be coming back. Will be recommending to friends 💕☕️
Love hanging out and building community at Pharm! The fact that their coffee is great certainly helps. I have loved this spot for years :)
Pharmacy coffee is my favorite place to go in town whether it be for a sweet treat, yummy drink, or good vibes. Everyone who works there is always so kind and welcoming and helpful. I love to bring newcomers and tell them and show them the history of the place. 10/10 would recommend and will ALWAYS come back, I truly need to go more often!!!
