Stop at 4:30AM website said they open at 4AM. Sit at the speaker for a few minutes then pulled to the window. There was a manager stocking she ignored the fact that we where there. I tried calling numerous times with no answer. She could have at least acknowledged us and said we are running behind or something. This was very unprofessional and rude to say the least.

In drive through we got attitude the lady manager called my husband a cracker when he came in to get tea that was left off the order. Wouldn't give him her name said all crackers say they will call corporate points to the number on the wall is this really how your employees and managers treat your customers it was the rudest experience we had at this location and it shouldn't have been. It was between 8pm and 9pm .. nobody should have to be insulted like this managers should lead by example and if this is how the managers are acting no wonder the other staff wasn't nice either

I sat in line at the drive through for twenty minutes only to be told that they were no longer taking orders because they were too busy. I went inside and it turns out that the young man taking orders took it upon himself to tell me and other customers this because he didn’t want to take any more orders.

I was very pleased with the service at this location. I spoke to 3 different staff members and all three were very polite and friendly. All had great manners and respect. Awesome crew... I wish all fast food establishments would follow this pattern. I want to thank the management as I believe they have a lot to do with this culture in the work place. Thank you.

You think a turtle is slow. Try coming here I ordered my food then paid and they already had 2 cars already waiting for their food then soon as she opens the window she tells me to pull to the side and wait as well

The worst experience ever staff was very rude sat there for 25 minutes before any help then went all to hell. Been there every day this week ordering the same thing the lady argued put me down and degraded me in front of everyone. I had $16 left they took my money and no food. Leaving my family and dog hungry. Really sad how the staff acted. Will be hearing from my attorney everything was on record plus several customers came out to try to help me and witnessed
