Food is NEVER right or missing and good luck getting them on the phone!!
I placed an online order for 8 cheeseburgers with no onions or mustard and a basket of fries at 5:15pm. It took me less than 5 minutes to get there and it said my order was ready for pickup.. I proceeded to go inside and my order was not ready and then after waiting 25 minutes I tried asking an employee where my order was and 4 of them ignored me and walked right past me so finally I asked someone and they asked for my order but they lost my order ticket so I waited over 30 minutes for cold horrible food and the fries were not salted and soggy I will not go here again. I wasted $27

On 12-1-24 I ordered a chicken Big Mac at about 9:15pm waited30 min in drive threw they came back to the window to ask what was my order again .I told them my order I got my order got home and the chicken was hard as a rock. Called back the Manager Cathy said I’ll put you on a list come back tomorrow she didn’t seem to concern very bad service
This location had plenty of staff on hand, and each of them were very polite and seemed to prioritize customer service.

McDonald's is always awesome except when there closed at 11 week days and 12 weekends I always get there to late

It's is my local Macdonald. Usually, I go inside, but today, I used the drive thru first window paid second window pick up food while I was waiting for my food to get hand it out it was bad smell coming out from the bottom outside window I noticed that it was all kind food waste. That was all the bad smell. Other than that, good customer service 👍.

The manager Gladis was so unprofessional. When asked to speak to manager, not to complain but because I had a question, she walked away screaming on her phone. Then when she finally came to drive thru, continually asked me what did I need. I need you to act like you want and enjoy your job! I just wanted my question answered lol.
I'll join the chorus of other people who can testify to how horrible this McDonald's is.
As someone who lives nearby with young children, I'm always being asked if we can pick up McDonald's for a quick dinner.
I have had similar experiences to other reviewers: my order is almost never right, and the error is always them missing something I paid for, not adding something I didn't. The staff is rude, the wait times are horrible.
My recent experience takes the cake, and is why I won't be returning. I stopped by earlier than usual and they were still serving breakfast. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with an orange juice. $10... I had considered driving away when hearing that, and I wish I would have.
Upon getting to the first window, I'm greeted by a woman who called out someone else's order after taking my card. Apparently this was her asking if that was my order... It was not. She didn't wait for a response from me, and proceeded to charge me for someone else's order. When I got up to the next window after seeing the incorrect transaction amount, I was told that there wasn't a manager there that could reverse the transaction. My only option to have the issue solved was to wait for a half hour. That wasn't going to happen.
I tried calling the store multiple times after this to get ahold of a manager. It went to voicemail every time. I've had to reach out to my bank to cancel the transaction.
Absolutely absurd to think any business can maintain this level of service and expect people to be loyal customers.
Unless and until I see an "Under New Management" sign, I will have to purchase my over-priced fast food elsewhere.

Ordered extra onion and add Mac sauce got no onions no Mac sauce on my double quarter pounder and it's everytime I go here its never right or get pulled up for a frappe like w.t.h.
Worst McDonald’s in Spartanburg. If I went 20 times and ordered the same exact thing they would mess it up, because I go in there every single morning and get the same thing and they ALWAYS mess up my order…
This is the second time I came inside instead of the drive through for a large McCafe and the second time I had to remind the employees of my order. I guess it's best to stay in your car for service because that's where their focus is. Lobby customers I watched orders not filled correctly and long wait times. It looks like nobody's in charge back there.

This McDonald's is complete trash. I ordered through door dash over an hour ago. My Dasher has been waiting for over thirty minutes this is ridiculous. Y'all need to get your stuff together....
