Shogun Japanese Steakhouse

Mother's Day dinner. Well...I was hoping for a more fun atmosphere with good food and entertainment. Our chef only spoke to us to confirm our order. No fun tricks or humor or the usual show you get at ANY Japanese steakhouse. Very disappointed. The food really was not that good either.

We have been to this restaurant so much, I cannot count the times. Each and every experience was wonderful in all ways! The owners, the sushi chef, all of the chefs and wait staff were the best of the best!!!! We will miss them all terribly! To the owners, please know how much it meant to come to your restaurant. We got there about 9 PM with a group after my grandson's hs graduation, & needed 2 hibachi tables adjoined, which we got after only a 15-min wait! The cooks performing their "magic & fire" at the grill entertained our 4-yr-old identical-twin grandsons so well they even ate more of their veggies!
