The customer service has always been great here, but every time you order ice cream prepare for waiting a long time. Also, anytime you ask for extra toppings, they act like it’s being taken out of their paycheck. Even though you get charged! The food seems fresh every time, which is why I gave 3 stars.
On 01/03/2025 my husband and I ordered online and waited at the stall for 20 minutes. The young man working by himself tonight went above and beyond to make up for the mishap. He had excellent customer service and truly cared about us even though we were the last customers of the night. He even gave us a coupon for a free meal for our next Sonic visit. Thank you so much sir ☺️
