Starbucks

I drove over to this Starbucks because a very nice girl waited on me Saturday and made me a drink that she had made up which was absolutely delicious so I thought I would go back today and get another one. When I walked up a BIG black woman was standing at the register and another girl was washing the glass in the front. I asked the black girl could I speak to the other girl because she looked like the one that helped me on Saturday and she would know what I was talking about....read full review

Only reason why I gave it 1 star is bc 0 stars wasn’t available as well as the only 2 things I came in to get. A toasted white chocalate mocha frappe and chocolate chip cookie. I should have known when I walked in and seen 20 people standing around waiting that it was going to be horrible. 3 people in line and and bunch of people standing waiting. 4 employees moving behind the counter like sloths. The drinks are never similar to other locations and when I asked for a blended drink that I've been ordering for years they said they couldn't blend it. I left without ordering anything this time and drove to a different location that made my drink. This location needs better management!
