I want to thank this young woman who works in your establishment named “Jay Jay” thank you soooo very much for being so understanding, sympathetic, respectful & professional. Unlike “ELLY” you’re beyond fit and amazing to be the team lead shift floor leader. You tried to make up for that moment of how I was treated. I was treated very poorly and talked to very nasty. Thank you for your kindness and I promise you I won’t ever forget it.

I tried a new drink, it was okay but went to another Starbucks and they made it better, so guess it's just where you go.
