Stopped and picked up a couple of subs. Pricey for subs, but the subs were loaded with meat, not just veggies. Last time I went to a subway I was disappointed, but not this time.

Tonight I decided to stop and grab dinner for tonight at Subway 2199-A Southport Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29306. While waiting to be served the lady behind the counter is telling her coworker about cheese being in the cold cut meat and picking it out at the same time. While not once deciding to acknowledge or assist in taking my order she then wipes around the container, wipes the cutting board and empties the tash container that hold food, paper and all. She then ask can I help you. I told her yes but can you change your gloves. She then ask me"What is wrong with my gloves"? I asked is there a problem in changing them because I did not want her to fix my sandwich with the same contaminated gloves she had been cleaning with? Still continuing to ask why she should change her gloves I then ask for her name and if she was the manager and she stated "Yes(Jessica). I told her that was ok I would just call with my complaint about the situation. I don't think that I should have to spend my hard earned money anywhere with anyone who is nasty and rude. I did not know that Johnson Sanitation is where I pulled up to!!!! Needless to say if you run into Jessica aka Karen please take your business elsewhere.

I will not be giving this establishment my business anymore due to poor customer service by the manager. I ordered my food at 4:07 for 4:25 pickup. My wife went to pickup on her way home and sat in line until close to 5 pm. Finally, she came home empty-handed because we knew that if our food was made anywhere near on time, it was now cold and soggy. I go there to ask for a refund since we don't have our food and we wasted our time. The manager blatantly tells me that it is not her fault my wife didn't wait for our food longer, and she would not be issuing us a refund. Horrible experience with a horrible person. The other employees were very understanding, but the manager was not. I think I will be reaching out to the BBB.

This has to be the worst subway location! Phone number not working on the receipt and even the “subway office” did not take calls mailbox says full! Everything I asked for on my sub was left off! Complete waste of my money. I don’t even think subway cares to check the reviews and respond! Terrible!!!!

So Im guessing its ok for them to close the drive-thru and put a trash can at the window but not let anyone know until they drive up to try and pick up food. they even have a open drive-through sign lit up on the outside of the building, but they put a trashcan in front of the actual drive-through window. That’s disgusting.

They lock their doors at 7pm despite being opened till 9 and are ridiculous rude if you do choose to go through the drive thru. Almost as if you’re bothering them for simply being there. This is also every time for the past 6 months. I’m not even sure if they let you in at all anymore. Also because you can’t see them make the sandwich they’re extremely sloppy when you get them, my sandwich had 1 tomato on a foot long. They can also only take one car in the drive thru because the speaker is busted and has been for as long as I can remember. You literally see them in there doing notbing.

First of all, how are you operating a business and the phone does not work. I called eight times to try to figure out why the mobile app was saying that they are pretty much out of everything and I could not get an answer to save my life…. So I drive up to the restaurant to place my order the cashier tells me they are literally out of bread, mayonnaise and tuna…. Like HOW!! Do better!
