I just had the most amazing service from the two ladies working today. Their customer service was top tier, warm, friendly and welcoming. The restrooms were super clean, the dining space was shining.There is even a outdoor space to eat in and enjoy the sunshine. I'm definitely coming back here when traveling. Thank you!

Order a sandwich through the app to try and see if it would be better that way sense they usually mess up the sandwich just for them to forget the bacon which I quote is in BOLD letters and costed an EXTRA 4 DOLLARS just to not have it on the sandwich just crazy work to me.

I just got my food from here. i did a pick up order thinking everything would be fine, i spent my last few dollars... just got off work, haven't ate anything just for my sub to not have any turkey or bacon inside of it mind you that's the only two meats I've had on there, so now I'm stuck with a bread, mayonase, lettuce and cheese sandwich and no one's answering the phone....

Bread was soggy, barely any meat and too much dressing. I would've returned my sandwich if I had picked it up myself. Overall it was the worst sandwich I have ever had from Subway.

We were charged over fourteen dollars with your coupon for this month that says you can buy a footlong and get a sub sandwich free.. we we're charged $14.16 because we had a roast beef as our choice of meat and the coupon did not cover that choice. Where does the coupon say that?????? You must be making a lot of money of of this special. We thought a foot long was $6.99.

Service was decent, it’s hit or miss, but I don’t know what is going on with this location. They never have fountain drinks. And I believe there ac is out. It was hotter inside than it was outside. Half the time there doors are locked during open hrs.

If I could give this location negative stars I would ! Stopped in last night and picked up 2 footlongs. When I got home both sandwich’s had the wrong cheese and were missing the Condiments I requested. Tried to call two times both times no answer and went to voicemail. Contacted corporate last night about my experience and got an email today saying that they were sorry and they would try better next time! This place is a joke .

First off, if I could give a half star I would. I went to pick up lunch for me and my co-worker, we ordered online. I cme back to the office and the subs we asked for were Chicken bacon ranch, we had them toasted. The problem is when I got back to my office which is about 5mins away, they were ice cold, the bread was hard and the cheese was not melted. I have had toasted subs before and my co-worker's bread was brick hard. We only have 30mins for lunch I sat in traffic to get there as they were working on the roads. We called to inform they of the condition of the sandwiches and were told to bring them back. We asked for a manager and was told that they were busy and to call back and the young lady hung up. I have no problem giving them the sandwhiches back, but we were on lunch and I an sure they can't just leave their jobs to handle a complaint. We called back to speak to the mananger and instead of the woman apologizing she was rude and said they wouldn't do this. I should have trusted my instinct as I have had problems with this Subwaqy before and had to take my lunch back. I will never visit this paticular Subway ever again.
