I attempted to eat at Flying Biscuit in downtown Spartanburg last Monday at 11:30am and ended up walking out because no one would take mine or my husband’s order. I should’ve walked out as soon as I had an encounter with the young female hostess - who couldn’t bother to make eye contact or get off her phone as we came in. She had an attitude and definitely didn’t have a professional or friendly demeanor, which are the basics needed for a greeter and seater at a restaurant.

Unfortunately, my group of 9 arrived at the restaurant at 11:00am, the lady at the front said we would have less than a 30 minute wait. Well, 30 minutes pass, 45 minutes pass, and a hour! We still wasn't seated. We finally left because they couldn't give us an accurate wait time.
Wow wow wow! Great food and great service. Caleb was wonderful! Made a recommendation and it was spot on. Spartanburg needed a place like this!
