Online and door shows hours until 10 PM… Showed up at 8:25, store was closed, chairs on tables, and staff sweeping the floor. Business might would improve if you were actually open the hours you have posted online and on your door.

Three bad experiences with this place. The first time I went they were closed even though it stated it was open online. I went back about a week ago around 1:00 and all they had left was peach cobbler. The younger girl at the counter stated everything gets sold out pretty fast. Today is my 3rd time coming and it’s not even 4:00 yet and guess what? Closed!!! I won’t be returning

I tried to get a peach cobbler Saturday at 9:30 PM and then the next day at 1 PM. The building was closed both times despite me arriving within the hours of operation. I see that they're hiring so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt in thinking they don't have the staffing necessary but chances are I don't return.

The flavor options for cobbler are great. The caramel apple was my favorite and tasted fresh!
We also tried a milkshake and it was delicious. We're gonna try the giant cookies next time.
Atmosphere wasn't the most inviting to hang out for but it wasn't necessarily bad either. We dropped in waited a few minutes and took it home to enjoy and will do it again. Don't miss out on their deserts!

We love their peach cobbler and have given them several chances to get it right because we want to support but dang! Nothing is EVER in stock. We drove 40 mins for the 3rd time for them to be out of everything. It’s not properly run and I know money is being lost because of it. To be called Peach Cobbler Factory but ALWAYS out of peach cobbler is crazy work. It should be available at all times. The young ladies working are so sweet but clearly need support. I ended up getting strawberry cobbler (which was ok, but definitely not as good as the peach), and the container was less than half way full. There shouldn’t be so many menu options and nothing available. Everyone loves your peach cobbler…keep it in stock and reduce the menu. Customer satisfaction would improve and business would increase tremendously if demand was being met. Trying to keep supporting but come on yall. The reviews say the same thing over and over and some of us want you all to have continued success.

Visited this restaurant for the first time with family. The atmosphere was uncomfortable as loud music was being played & the television was on and volume was turned up loud. We had our elderly in-laws with us. They wanted to leave no
sooner than we arrived. Two Female, African American employees were in the back of restaurant very slow to wait on us & other customers. The restaurant was not busy.

Hours of operation need to be fixed, came up here 3 times on 3 separate days and no one was here when they were supposedly open. Also id call ahead because they're always out of half their menu.

Amazing first time experience! The peach cobbler and ice cream were phenomenal and the young lady serving us was very sweet and helpful I believe she said her name was Talaya! But again I definitely would recommend coming here

Terrible waited 30 minutes for peach cobbler because for some reason nothing was made and we didnt know until after we paid 18 dollars we'd be having to wait. Then to get home and it be disgusting with hard peaches. Disappointed. I make better cobbler at home..
