It's really a hit and miss with Wafflehouse. I've had the best service at night. I would go around 1 - 2 in the morning. It's less packed during the week and mostly packed on the weekend. I used to work for Wafflehouse for almost 3 years. The staff are a hit and miss.
Nothing like a good Waffle House Experience! This one was hopping with GREAT servers and cooks. They ran their tails off and never missed a smile or a beat. Grits were creamy, eggs cooked perfect, bacon just right. Coffee delicious and found room for the waffle! Thanks, y'all!
