I would like to commend both Audrey and Evan on their superb customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to correct MY mistake of placing a mobile order at the wrong location. They were both extremely understanding and helpful, it was certainly not their issue to deal with, but I appreciated their kindness beyond words…and as always the food was delicious!! We need more people like this in the workforce these days.
My dad was served this plate. This is unacceptable!!! Then we had to waste gas to bring it back! Your employees should know better.
I placed a mobile order for the simple fact that it was convenient and I had 2 small kids sick in the car that I did not want to drag out into a public restaurant. I placed my order only to be told that I had to come in and get it. What is the point of having a mobile order option?
