The Assistant Manager MyKalya is horrible. She runs this place terrible. When you order in the drive-thru they immediately tell you to pull up and the little girl that looks like a boy was acting like this was not a job this was a hang out spot where they all group and talk while the customers are waiting at the white line. Not only did order wrong but go try to tell me to pull up again and it’s like
5 people in the front of the window hanging out. Please young adults that want to work not kids that want to play and think this is a hangout. Then she go have fix my food and short me on the chicken. Please again hire young adults that want to work
And not treat work like a hangout spot. Too many children work at this Zaxbys the management here is HORRIBLE!!!

Went through drive through as we just left church. My daughter got a nibblers meal and I got a fiesta chicken quesadilla. Now keep in mind we had to pull up after we paid to wait for them to bring the food. So in my mind I’m like okay it’s gone be hot fresh and good. lol.. totally the opposite. My daughters was good but the quesadilla was cold, thrown in the box, and was drenched in the sauce that’s one there. Could not even pick it up to eat it was soggy and spilled everywhere. I took pictures before I even tried to take a bite. This is unacceptable… not happy at all.

I had a really disappointing experience at Zaxby’s. The customer service was extremely rude, and it felt like the staff didn’t want to help at all. When I asked a simple question, I was met with attitude instead of assistance, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. Good service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location really missed the mark. I hope they work on treating customers with more respect in the future.

Zaxbys informed me the signature sandwich takes 6-7 minutes to cook so now I only order that sandwich.

Grabbed a salad today at about 11:45 AM. There was one other person in front of me and no one behind me when I got to the line. They asked me to park in the curbside parking despite literally being no one there. Sure ok, I guess sometimes they get low on grilled chicken and have to make it right then. Took a solid 15 minutes to get a single salad and drink.
Food was shite. It was poorly prepared, barely chopped, missing ingredients and kinda just dumped into the continer. Portion size was fine but most of the greens tasted wilted or was just the literal solid core of the lettuce.
Service was already bad but the lady running the drivethrough at 11:45 PM on 4/24/2026 was brusque, rude, and loudly ordering people what to do.
They also had a lady standing out by the drivethrough to take orders and it looked like the normal marquee was working fine. That and the fact that they were directing every driver that I saw to one of the curbside pickup slots to wait makes me wonder if the employees or managers were trying to game some dumb corporate metric about how many curbside orders they should have.
Before the restaurant responds with their canned half-ass response to direct me to their corporate complaint line, believe me, Im already there guys ;-D.
