I have never had a good thing to actually say about this location. The only good thing I've had to say about it is wow it's a nice brand new building. Every time I get food here.. there's always something wrong either it being the food tastes like oil they got the order messed up or in today's case they seem to not have finished making it before they sent it out the drive-thru window. Zaxby's is not cheap. I will be coming back and telling them that not only did I get a messed up order but my husband who had the very exact same thing had the same issue with his meal. There's no ranch there's barely food and the sauce that we wanted and paid extra for is not there once again... This is why robots are taking over...

I normally never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but the way I was treated at the second window was honestly terrible. The girls working there were extremely rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. A simple interaction turned into an uncomfortable experience because of their attitudes. Customer service goes a long way, and being treated with basic kindness and respect should not be too much to ask. I hope management addresses this because it really ruined the experience for me.

Always clean! William (I do believe he is the manager, if not-he should be!) is always a pleasure. This was our 2nd time inside, & he remembered our orders & also where we sat when we had come in the previous time. He was very kind & welcoming, promptly brought our food & made sure we had what we needed. Enjoyed it a lot, & both times we’ve dined in, the service & cleanliness have been great! You can tell they actually clean their dining rooms!
Definitely one of the best Zaxby’s!!

Out of all the Zaxbys in my area this is hands down the best one. I live in gaffney and I’d always prefer to drive the extra miles to this location instead. They have upper level management in there working just as hard as the employees. Shoutout to the district manager Evan I see him in there a lot putting in work and he’s taken my order a few times always a solid guy.
