We went here for lunch and I was very disappointed. I would go back to have a beer sometime but would not recommend the food.

The grilled wings were as great as reported, and being able to get any of my favorite Irish beers on tap was fantastic. We plan on coming back next time were in town.

Dunleavys is the “Cheers” bar of Charleston. Come as you are. Off the beach or out of the office, the welcome vibe of this place exudes a “come on in and join the group” feeling. You will get a bowl of fresh cooked popcorn with your drink and the staff will ensure that never runs out. The Guinness is poured properly, the six TV’s are tuned to all the best sports of the day, and the wings and Reuben’s are as good as they come. It’s a family run place which loves to see families walk thru the door. That said, bring your foursome or your fellow workers. If you are a newcomer, you won’t feel like one for long.

everything was great until we came back to get our purse we left behind on accident. Came back to retrieve after calling to let them know we were coming back to pick it up. One female worker at the bar looked at us like we were complete idiots and gave us the rudest looks and comments that were completely unnecessary. Example: “you should be grateful that we care enough to verify it was you first.”Get a different job if you can’t handle simple interactions with the public:)

An incredibly jolly Irish Pub in Charleston SC. The atmosphere was great and the staff was wonderful. I would like to see the menu add some more Irish Classics to the menu but what my wife and I got was delicious,(I got the Rueben and a Guinness and she got the cheese burger sliders). If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and experience a little bit of Ireland in Charleston!

Their cheeseburger sliders and Rueben are amazing. And the house ranch is delicious

This place was awesome! I walked in to cool off from a hot beach and was greeted with a very attentive and caring server. The owner, Jamie, took the time to talk to me and made me feel welcomed. It was easy to understand why there was a crowd on a Wednesday during the day. Looking for good food and even better people? Definitely the place!!

My friends and I had a great time at this Irish pub. The drinks were good but the star of the show was the food. We had the lemon pepper grilled wings and the sliders and both were fantastic. The wings had a great char and the burgers were seasoned to perfection. 10/10 recommend
