Visiting from OKC, our family recommended the beef tenderloin dinner with mashed potatoes and asparagus...they said it's their favorite place on Sullivans Island. They were so RIGHT! The meal was cooked absolutely perfectly and the tenderloin was pure beef...no fat or grizzle. Potatoes were delicious and the asparagus crispy...everything served hot. The service was excellent!
Unfortunately, I did not take pictures because of the group we were with, but everyone enjoyed everything that was ordered! I got the spinach and mushroom risotto, which was beyond delicious! My husband got the halibut special and thought it was fantastic. For dessert we split a heavenly layered mascarpone, mousse, and chocolate ganache. I’m always amazed there isn’t a line at this place when they open. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had and everything else I’ve tried is just as amazing. Probably one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to flavor wise.
