“Food was delicious, I got the Bookmaker sandwich and fries. Sandwich was on the smaller side for the price point though, definitely not lacking in flavor and quality however. I will say the downside to this visit was the service, we were sat quickly after going in, but we were checked on/visited by our server about every 15-20 minutes. Never offered refills on our drinks, had to ask another server (who wasn't assigned to our table) for a refill. I've been in the industry myself before and I am typically graceful to restaurant employees because I know the struggles. It seemed like he was waiting outside tables mainly but was given a few inside tables as well, this can be very difficult for a waiter/waitress so I understand when one is stretched too thin. Nonetheless I feel like this is a good restaurant overall, just needs some improvements in service.“
“Have dined here several times. Have also used take out. The staff is always friendly, the food is great, and I feel the prices are reasonable.Parking: The location is right on the street, and there are several other bars and restaurants beside it. Have been able to find parking in front most of the time, but occasionally have to park on a side street. It really depends on what time of day, and day of the week.“
“Have to say that this little spot just over the CUT has it's own little vibe. This is NOT just a spot for locals, the staff (especially bartender Miranda?)are so accepting of all walks, they were cognizant of my quite presence and made sure I didn't need for anything while I was there. The local crowd were all enthusiastic about the place they liked to go after an evening shift at Halls Chophouse or wherever else they may be closing their day out from. The single pool table was a little hard to try and grab a game on but when you do, if you have skills you can run a game! Loved my time there and will definitely be returning, grab some food and go from there.“
“it’s a really cool and fun place to eat out too. they have some fun games in the outside area. the food is always amazing and all the servers are incredibly kind to me when i come to eat! Kid-friendliness: Just good for kids and families but also good for adults(they have a great bar area)“
“Come before 9:00 if you want to eat great fish. Really nice place the band starts at 10:00 always a good live band. Very friendly great atmosphere. A lot of dancing ?Parking: Great place safe parking lots of live musicWheelchair accessibility: Yes it is real what's your accessible and very friendly it's crowded in there though on Friday and Saturday nights with the live music. But I'm sure they would make room for anyone.“
“Guinness beef stew was delicious! Waitress was very nice, just didn't notice us for a while ;) but she brought our food out quickly. Fun atmosphere.. a little loud, lots of TV screens with different channels displayed to be entertained by. Good place to come in and grab a bite.“
“Sometimes (almost all the time) my husband and I just go to the beach so that we can stop at Dunleavy’s after the beach. It’s cash only so plan ahead, but we enjoy the cold beer, delicious popcorn, and their amazing chili. This place is a staple. My husband also loves the chicken salad sandwich. Please bring back the apple Bold Rock, and I may never leave (but I’ll enjoy the Miller Lite in the meantime!).“
