Dined here last night. I had the fish sandwich, my wife had the fish tacos. The fact that they were using halibut instead of fresh local flounder for the sandwich should have been my first red flag. Regardless, the halibut was overpowered by a garlic aoili and it more or less ruined the sandwich. Giving a couple stars since the tacos were decent and the fries were good. Bartender was nice as well but if you're looking for seafood in Charleston, look elsewhere.
SO freaking good. You have to go. I never went to the old Sullivan’s but my husband had and wanted to go now that they have redone it and I cannot say enough good things. 3 of us got the special and I got the cheeseburger which was recommended by our server and it was the best meal we had while we were here. The drinks are fantastic, the service was amazing, and the food I will think about forever!!!! The staff really is amazing they were so kind and welcoming. You have to go if you’re in town!

I loved the vibe of this spot. Especially with it being downtown Sullivan’s Island!
Got my first ever lobster roll and MAN! This one was incredible. We also got oysters (not pictured) and they were so so good!
10/10 recommend!!

We ate here yesterday after spending some time at the beach. The staff welcomed us and our pooches with enthusiasm and we found the food to be wonderful. We'll be back here for sure.

I ate outside, the Mussels were the BEST I ever had! Be ready because they only accept cash, where they do that at, right! Here, lol. But the service was great and the food was to live for!!! Great service my waitress was super nice.

The service here was top notch, the only complaint we could have is we had to ask for ice for our water which was promptly brought. Food was excellent both the lobster roll and fish tacos were very well cooked and seasoned. The only thing is the food is a little pricey for what you get. $32 for a lobster roll and you get chips?

This is just 1 guys opinion. Way overpriced for what you get. We had the fried platter which has 3 or 4 shrimp and 3 pieces of flounder. I'm sorry but this is pitiful. The food was so salty I could not eat it. Have it to our son and his girlfriend to take home. He said it was too salty also but could eat it. I have blood pressure issues is why I couldn't. They said the chef didn't like the way the steak looked so there were doing it over and it would be another 10 minutes. They offered just hush puppies but he said it was fine. They said they would make it right on the bill but did nothing. $15 for a cocktail? Please. One last thing. It has a very SMALL menu. I will not be back.

Nice location. We have been a few times. We were just there recently and the menu has changed not to our liking. They offer no surf n turf, No pasta dishes at all. Too many fried entries. Expand the menu. This will most likely always stay busy during tourist season as most were when we were there. Reservations I believe saying is a marketing strategy. We were only able to get a 5pm reservation and when we arrived there were plenty of open tables available even though that was the only availability. 3% surcharge is ridiculous upon payment. Mixed drinks were very nice and staff was great. Food was eh. Entry with appetizer was between $40-$50 per person for us. My Sully basket was 29 which was just fried fish, hush puppies and cold mixed greens. We had both had desert but they buy from a bakery

The oysters were good and so were the cocktails. The main dishes were very meh and over priced. The fried fish basket was possibly frozen fish, a tiny portion and didn't come with the usual accompaniment sauces, only catsup. The flounder dish was a small piece of fish and a very small arugula salad for 26$. The field pea salad was pretty good. Butter lettuce salad, good too. Kind waitresses and waiters.

10/10 the restaurant was awesome! Courtney was so nice. The food was so delicious and the inside was so cool! I wish I lived closer, we would be there all the time!! We had broiled oysters, peel em shrimp, halibut sandwich and flounder A la plants which was SO yummy and I am so picky. Omg the sweet corn was so good I got another bowl for myself. The bathrooms very clean. Everything was wonderful!!

This was my second time here - disappointed with slow, slow service (took 30 minutes to get 4 drinks) and so-so food. They took the fish and chips off the menu; no more handcut fries or coleslaw; and new menu items were blah. Recommend the crudo and hush puppies. It's catering to vacationers and not local folks. Prices too high for portions and quality.
