I don’t understand how a Chick-fil-A can be so slow and you guys have been open like 3 years. Why have a mobile drive thru if you have to wait in the same line? That’s pointless! They never ask to scan your rewards card or what type of sauce you would like. I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A that didn’t ask that. I waited over 20 mins in the drive thru this morning. Surely need better management!!
