The staff at the Summerville location are always so nice! They have the biggest smiles and always seem happy to be there.
The baristas are always so happy and friendly. Today they made our dog a pup cup with sprinkles and sang him Happy Birthday! They all went above and beyond!

Dutch Bros Coffee is a great coffee shop with a great message of kindness. The staff is happy, pleasant, and provides great customer service with awesome energy. The drinks are delicious, including specific items like an iced 9-1-1 and a pup cup for dogs. Broistas are helpful with suggestions, such as adjusting syrup levels, and will make new drinks to order. While there can be a wait during busy times like the morning rush, the overall experience is highly recommended, making customers definitely want to come back.
