Short staffed, and inexperienced. The cheese wasn't melted on my burger but it still tasted good and didn't take too long. Five guys is expensive but better quality and service than you get from 90% of other fastfood places.
five guys is typically pretty solid across the board. there's only been one location where i had a truly disappointing experience. this location in the ville was clean and the employees were friendly and polite. the only reason i knocked off a star was because of the lack of attention to detail/inaccuracy. i requested that tomato be added to my burger but didn't receive any. my daughter's burger had a few crumbs of bacon stuck to the cheese and we do not consume any pork products....read full review
