My family and I long ago got in the habit of checking our food because people routinely get it wrong at fast food. We don't do that here because we don't have to. I KNOW it will be right. It doesn't matter if it's eat in, take out, or DoorDash, it is right every. Single. Time. No matter what. And I am IN LOVE with that meatball sub. God help if they ever change it.

The manager Saturday was so nice my car wouldn’t start had to call a tow truck she was so nice I visit Summerville often will never forget her kindness will always come back to eat here every time I visit she is a superb manger

Cashier overcharged. Could not refund extra drink price back to my bank card, so refunded in cash for the price of the drink but not tax charged on that item. Sandwich had ingredient requested to omit. Requested pickle on side. No pickle. 10 staff. 3 actually working. Drink cup lids empty had to request. Employee filled the one I needed but there was another empty. 19.43 for 1 combo. Refunded 2.69
