Our group held a Super Bowl party at steel City and the staff went above and beyond for us. Gerald was amazing from day one helping us with a perfect menu within our budget. Lisa was our designated server and made sure everything went smoothly from the timescales in until we left. Looking forward to many more events in the future at Steel City !!
Caleb was our waiter and he made our outing the best experience ever! Have not had that level service in a long time!
My pick up order was incorrect. They handled the situation and went out of their way to make it right. Great customer service!
