We had a party of 8, and we were seated almost immediately. There were about 3 other people in here. The food took a while to come out, and when it came out, we didn’t get our bread that came with our Alfredo. They brought out the wrong food for one of the people in our party and then when we said something, the waitress asked “are you going to pay for it?” We’ve asked multiple times for refills and for our bread and it took about 30 minutes for it to come out. Since it took so long, we asked for boxes and for the bread to be boxed to go, and for drink to go. We got the bread to go, and then got the drinks a little after. And it took a while for boxes for our food. After we ordered our food, I looked outside and saw our waitress getting out of their car. The waitress was nice, just not attentive. There was also about 5 workers just standing around the bar doing nothing.

Service sucks, never received bread sticks after asking 3 times. 100 % the last time I'll ever walk in 1 of these places. Waitress went outside and set in her car.

We waited an hour for our food and they weren't even thay busy!!! My parents got their food 20 minutes before me and my sister in law got ours and several people came in after us and got their good and had left before we even got our food. Servers are snotty, horrible service!!!

CAME IN TOWN FOR MY WEDDING THOUGHT I WOULD GRAB A BITE TO EAT WITH MY LADIES AND GO BACK TO THE AIR BNB FOR SOME REST BUT LITTLE FOOD I KNOW I WOULD BE SITTING IN APPLEBEES 30 MINUTES TO CLOSING STILL WAITING ON MY FOOD. MIND YOU WE WAITED 35 MINUTES TO BE SEATED. ONCE SEATED WE DIDN’T GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM OUR WAITRESS UNTIL 15 MINUTES LATER. WE PLACED OUR ORDER FOR OUR DRINKS AND FOOD. IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FOR US TO GET OUR DRINKS. WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER BUT THE BARTENDER CAME TO SPEAK TO US ONLY TO TELL US THE MANAGER IS WORKING ON THE LINE AND CAN’T GET TO US RIGHT NOW. ONCE AGAIN DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. FOOD FINALLY CAME OUT AND THE FRIES ARE DRY AND COLD. THE RIBS ARE DRY AS WELL. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

The food was good. I enjoyed the burger. We were the first in to dine and the food was hot. We have good services and the manager compromises with us on the sports channel, he was gracious. If you happen to be in the Sumter, SC area, stop by and grab a bite; you won't be disappointed.

Sat @ the bar it was dirty! Went 2 the restroom it was dirty & rank! I see why alot of Applebee's are closing Sunter Applebee's gives Applebee's a bad reputation ? and I use 2 love Applebee's.

My food was great. My husband's food was just OK. The drinks were watered down.. literally tasted like fruit punch. The gold sugar rim was a lightly dusted JOKE! Our waiter barely paid us any attention and the chips I asked for before our meal came, was delivered in a to-go bag...
Come here if you have no expectations or very low ones. Dirty plates everywhere. The ppl next to us had their check in front of them with dirty plates surrounding them. (The food had clearly been finished). The closing bartender was bothered to serve us.

Steak was just warm tough and I ordered it medium well fries was slightly over cooked not even hot like it was sitting in a warmer n mashed potatoes was cool salad looked like a Kid ordered

Service was very good. Poor bartender was also serving the tables around the bar. The greeter/seater/hostess was certainly not in a hurry to do much out of her way. Food was ok but certainly not hot.

An employee told me he was busy with a crowded section and couldnt take my to go order so i said no problem and was leaving and he said i can still take your order. I have his name on my receipt and im contacting corporate. Bad
