Terrible Drive Thru
Over 10 cars in the drive thru and the gentleman in front of me was told to wait for more than 20 min. He finally decided to pull up to the window and order. I sat at the drive thru speaker and waited. Then I asked if anyone was there, silence. Waited another minute and pulled up to the window. The front cashier walks to the back and I see 3 people come out and I was asked if I ordered already. I said no and told them we had all been there for a long time...read full review
I guess when you order a biscuit in the morning it is unreasonable to assume it will be at least warm! I enjoy the biscuits, but I do not feel as if I should have to put it in the microwave as soon as it is handed to me out of the drive thru. I also don't think it is fair to me that I get a rude employee when I ask for a WARM biscuit. The lady at the drive thru was so rude, and acted as if I was asking her for $1 million. spent 40 dollars on food for my family got the wrong thing it was to late last night to take back had to dig thru my trash to find the receipt bc they played dumb like they didn't see the order gave them the receipt number and was told they would replace it and when my husband got up there they said they couldn't replace it for the meals we had bc we didn't bring the food...I will not be returning to spend my hard earned money here again

Bojangles serves great chicken and has excellent customer service. The country ham biscuit is a highlight, and the biscuit and gravy is fair. The food is always fresh and tasty, making it a preferred stop for travelers heading South. Customers appreciate the hot food and the nice employers, who contribute to a pleasant experience. There is plenty of parking, and the drive-thru is quick. However, some orders may be incomplete, and food quality can be inconsistent, such as frozen potato rounds. Although seasoned fries are often fresh, they sometimes lack seasoning, leading to minor complaints. Despite these issues, many customers are loyal and would love to see Bojangles expand to new locations.
