Bojangles serves great chicken and has excellent customer service. The country ham biscuit is a highlight, and the biscuit and gravy is fair. However, some orders may be incomplete, and food quality can be inconsistent, such as frozen potato rounds. Despite this, many customers are loyal and would love to see Bojangles expand to new locations.
