Went through drive thru after 12am and had to wait so long my engine got hot! I ordered the Baconator Burger Combo just to find out that I only had a Double Cheeseburger and Small Fries in my bag! SSMH!!!
First trip to Wendy's in Sumter SC. Much better experience than the one in Manning SC. Burger was fresher, juicer, fries were hotter. From now on Sumter will be my go-to for Wendy's. Also tried the Frosty Swirl with strawberry 🍓 excellent and very cooling and refreshing. Another new favorite...

During recent snowfalls, the restaurant was one of the only places open, providing quick service to customers. Kids meals are fun and kid-friendly. Improvements in service consistency and attention to detail are needed to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure accurate orders.
