I have not personally eaten at this establishment; however, my kids love to go here on date night. I recently bought a gift card online that was mistakenly for a different El Paso restaurant in another town. Caleb was exceptionally helpful to me and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. It was clear that his goal was to make a happy customer and not about the monetary impact of the gift card. Thank you, Caleb for your excellent customer service! I was impressed!
Delicious food, handcrafted margaritas, beautiful place , can accommodate large party tables. Highly recommend it
Disrespectful, racist, they had their hands all in my food. They tried to give me someone else food with my food. They did not give me my money back for the food. One of the girls that work in the restaurant was very nasty. I tried to post her picture on the restaurant main page as well as the girl with the red shirt. She was very racist and disrespectful. Til this day I have not received my money back.
