Food was excellent and the service was awesome.
I’ve been going here for 10 years and let me just say that this lil hole in the wall is a HIDDEN GEM. I always get the fried chicken plate, they even let you pick between dark and white, I love that. Their cabbage and Mac & cheese is off the chain, very well seasoned. Their sweet tea is delicious as well, very sweet. I never go through Sumter without stopping here ( I live in Columbia ) and thinking about it makes me want to take a long ride to korner shak. Would be worth...read full review

Korner Shak serves amazing food, including awesome fried flounder, with a great display of variety. Despite being extremely busy, the restaurant efficiently handles customers. Vegetarian options are available among the sides, and parking is conveniently located in a dirt lot on the side of the building.
