“Just wanted a dinner and a movie night at home with the kids. Always ordered online so I have no experience with anyone inside. Delivery has always been 45-55 minutes so I plan accordingly. Only complaint is every time I put in for contactless delivery, but it never happens. That’s not the end of the world. I recommend online order and delivery option.“
“I called in my order, which was taken by a gentleman. When I got there, the young lady couldn't find it in the system. But she was so sweet and put my order in. I was running late getting back to work, but it was worth it because that food was so hot and fresh.“
“My order was called in around 8: o'clock and we never received our order. I went outside the next morning and my order was sitting on the front porch and the cat had devoured most of the pizza. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with the manager Matthew about the situation and told him my pizza was left on my porch. He informed me that that should have never have happened. He investigated and found out that it was an Uber driver that delivered the pizza. So in correcting the situation he made my pizza over. So with this being said food should never be left on the customers porch. Not good sanitation practice.“
